In our school we use to have this exchange student who was a junior but then he went back to Australia after the semester, i guess he became a senior then and I looked in his facebook and it says that he goes to a college named Oxley

Most "normal" schools won't take mature age students, but there are adult-education institutions that will allow you to study for your HSC in NSW, so I'm guessing there'd be similar things in Victoria. Check your TAFEs, they'd be a good place to start.

If you turn 15 on or after the first day of the school term then that is the limit you can leave at the end of the year. So that's about 15 and 9 months. There is no official limit to oldest age, only by school policy.

19 - once you reach 20 you cant enrol in high school in Australia UNLESS you are talking about a small regional school that has no TAFE or similiar within a huge distance. A friend of mine went back to school in her 40s but she was in a small country town and th nearest TAFE was over 300km away - but this is an unusual situation.
