wow, I dont know what the other people are on about. I live in Melbourne and there is a massive shortage of kinder teachers. Nowdays kinder teachers are intergrated into childcare centres and every week there is at least 20 jobs advertised in our local Age newspaper. I have been a teacher for nine years and have changed jobs four times. Each time I have been able to negotiate a nice wage due to the shortages.... Goodluck
