Schooling in Australia? Melbourne or Adelaide

Schooling in Australia? Melbourne or Adelaide?
We are planning to move to Australia from UK. We have not made up our mind choosing Melbourne or Adelaide. We are looking for a good secondary school and a primary school for our children. Any good suggestions about schooling and choice of the city? Thanks very much for your help

Adelaide is a nice quite City. Everything closes at night. Life is slower. Melbourne is the opposite. Both have good schools. I'd be thinking about work more than Schools !!!!

There are plenty of good secondary and primary schools in both of theses cities, first find a good area to live in and then ask which local schools people in the neighbourhood think are best, then enrol your children. As far as cities are concerned Adelaide is a great place to live & visit. Adelaide has the lowest cost of living of all the mainland state capitals. South Australia is currently in a strong economic period, outperforming all other Australian states.
