For many public schools in Australia there is a catchment area which means only those that live close to the school may attend so in that case where in Sydney will you be? Also was there really a need for 15 question marks?

wealthiest public school? Where are you going to live? Sydney is a big place. You arnt likely to do well in the "best" public school if you have a three hour train trip each way. With most things in life you get what you pay for. Why are you discounting Private schools?
