I'm a temporary resident, not a permanent AUSTRALIAN resident. I was just wondering if I will get a school laptop in year nine (next year) because it will be pretty embarrassing not getting one. Please, I need an answer.

Interesting question - possibly possibly not. When you leave the school it will have to be returned (the moment you log in from overseas it will be disabled completely). Ask the school
