Am still so confused Don't get it at all . yr 7-9 is middle school so is it classed as high school or still primary

In the usa Kindergarten, first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sometimes sixth (depending on the school sixth grade is either elementary or middle school) and middle school is sometimes 6th, 7th and 8th grades. But 9, 10, 11 and 12 are always high school in the USA.

Neither. It's a different system. Primary, middle and high. Not just primary and high.
